Intern Qualifications
Interns must be enrolled in university, college or postsecondary program.
Internships pay between $18.
15 to $22.
58 per hour.
Exciting Departments to Work for
EAH Housing has exciting 6-week summer internship opportunities in the following departments: Human Resources, Accounting and Compliance/Asset Management.
Internship Duration
Internship will start on Monday, June 17, 2024, and will end on Friday, July 26, 2024.
Internship hours will be between 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Internship will be based in the San Rafael corporate office and is in-person.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Provides general support for various programs across departments at EAH Inc.
, San Rafael, California, with guidance from department supervisor.
Projects may include working on various departmental manuals and data spreadsheets, amongst other possible projects.
This position is characterized by high-initiative, responsibility, accountability and ability to work congenially with colleagues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
General Assistance - Under the direction and guidance of supervisor, works with members of various departments, to provide support to several department heads as needed in connection with various manuals, spreadsheets and possibly dashboards.
Safety Participation - Actively participates in EAH’s Injury and Illness Prevention Plan.
Training - Receive basic training about affordable housing within specified department.
Attending (all internal, within EAH Inc.
) specific to relevant project, e.
g.
compliance.
Attendance - Regular and predictable attendance.
Other duties as assigned.
CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTS
EAH Housing conducts criminal background checks on all candidates who have received a conditional job offer.
Once you have received such an offer, you will be required to submit and pass our criminal background requirements.
Please be advised that certain roles may also require fingerprinting due to legal requirements.
If onsite housing is a requirement of the position, any household members over 18 years of age who will be living onsite with the candidate must also undergo a criminal background check and tenant screening.
Satisfactory completion of background check and fingerprinting requirements is a requirement of employment with EAH.
