Technology Banking Intern – San Francisco
California Bank & Trust has a Technology Banking Summer internship available for current College/University students.
The internship is a paid, full-time, in-person position located in San Francisco and is part of a 9 to 12-week program.
The Technology Banking group focuses on financing Private Equity-backed software and technology companies – if you’re looking to gain experience in technology investing or the VC/PE ecosystem, please apply.
The Internship Program gives students the opportunity to gain valuable and practical work experience in their majors, explore the banking/finance industry, and learn about our culture and business philosophy.
Technology Banking Internship Responsibilities
· Financial statement spreads in Moody's Risk Analyst
· Attending customer and internal Bank meetings
· Industry analysis and business description underwriting for credit presentations.
· Various processing such as advances, paydowns, and system maintenance
Qualifications:
· Must be currently enrolled in a College/University or graduated within the current year with a minimum GPA of 3.
0 and working toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar degree (be sure to include your GPA on resume or cover letter)
· Interests in business, banking/finance, technology and/or private equity
· Ability to meet deadlines
· Possess creative thinking and problem solving skills.
· Self-confidence, ability to work independently, and willingness to make recommendations.
· Intermediate knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite products.
· Effective customer service, communication, and writing skills
