Bookkeeper Needed in SF Office located at Pier 39, SF seeking a part-time bookkeeper, has opportunity to grow in your accounting experience, flexible hours with health benefit.
If you are self-motivated, like to work with numbers and like to work in office with people, this could be the job for you.
Job includes: • Count money of daily sales • Prepare daily sale reports • Enter daily sales reports in accounting program.
• Process sales invoices; Send invoices to customers • Prepare AP checks, payroll checks and payroll tax deposits • Reconcile monthly sales • Reconcile monthly bank statements • Assist people in the office for projects, jobs and filings Preferred: • Has data entry skills; Detail-oriented • Know Excel and Word, Sage 50/Peachtree Accounting Software is a plus.
Compensation depends on skills and experience.
