Job Duties
Prepare financial analysis and presentation materials used for Board meetings.
Play a key role with analyzing budget vs actuals, forecasting and annual planning of key Go-to-Market (GTM) metrics & KPIs (bookings, billings, ARR, etc.
)
Create and update executive presentations and analysis used by Executive Leadership and Board of Directors for operational and strategic decision making.
Assist in preparing corporate forecasts/budgets and strategic business plans.
Analyze financial and KPI performance relative to targets; engage with other teams to investigate variances, ensure accuracy, and improve CHS’s performance.
Assist with creating & maintaining complex financial models as it relates to Book-to-Bill, Bill-to-Cash, Book-to-Revenue Recognition and Cashflow forecasting.
Articulate and discuss financial concepts with non-financial, cross-functional audiences and serve as a trusted business partner.
Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed.
Telecommuting is permitted.
Requirements
Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Experience must include one (1) year with each of the following:
Finance and accounting terminology and principles including financial statement analysis (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement), revenue recognition, working capital management, accounts receivable and payable, free cash flow management and business valuation.
Designing, developing, and maintaining complex reporting and driver-based financial forecasting models using applications such as, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel.
Creating and updating executive presentations and analysis used by executive leadership and board of directors using applications such as MS Office and Tableau.
Collaborating with business partners and translating quantitative analysis into digestible takeaways for non-financial colleagues.
Synthesizing large amounts of analytics and information and delivering actionable, data-driven and strategic insights.
Engage with other teams to collect and understand information, investigate questions, ensure accuracy, and improve company performance.
Producing accurate and timely reporting and insights under tight deadlines.
Improving company performance, refining forecasting accuracy and driving reporting efficiency through effective use of technology and tools.
$110,000 - $130,000 a year
