Job Description Visa’s FP&A Transformation and Strategic Initiatives (TSI) team acts as a catalyst to motivate change and transformation in the organization, helping Visa to achieve its business goals.
The team focuses on removing barriers, enabling employees, and solving sophisticated and strategic problems across the FP&A organization.
Senior Manager, TSI will support initiatives to improve FP&A processes, increase clarity and alignment, and develop enterprise agility.
An ability to think critically, plan, implement & communicate effectively while collaborating across teams and time zones will be key to success in this role.
Essential Functions: Support end-to-end, cross-functional, transformative projects including re-design of FP&A processes, development of internal capital allocation framework, rolling forecast process, etc.
Develop short-term and long-term solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability Bring a consultative mentality and approach to develop root cause and impact analysis Develop and drive execution of key performance metrics to measure the impact of implemented process changes Drive faster adoption of system solutions by partnering with the Financial Systems and FP&A teams This is a hybrid position.
Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
Employees in hybrid roles are encouraged to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
