Position Overview Jade Fiducial is looking for a Tax Accountant for their San Francisco, CA Office.
The Tax Accountant is responsible for assisting with the closing of the books and preparation of financial statements, including monthly/quarterly account analysis and reconciliation, journal entries and work papers for our client companies.
Essential Functions: Responsible for the integrity of general ledgers for multi sites and companies.
Coordinate the completion of the balance sheet account analysis.
Preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements in a timely manner.
Provide accounting expertise to assist other areas in understanding financial information.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Perform all tasks associated with the general ledger, enter monthly journal entries, execute monthly closing entries, execute month end general ledger.
Preparation of tax returns.
Perform other related duties as assigned by Branch Manager Desired Skills/ Experience/Attributes 1+ years of experience in a CPA firm Tax preparation experience necessary Prior experience with international tax forms prefered Knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures on manual and automated systems.
Experience working with Epicor or similar enterprise software is a plus.
1 + years purchase accounting experience is a plus.
Individual will possess a business orientation with demonstrated customer service skills working within a team environment.
Must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills.

Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is necessary
