FMI Property Management / Feagley Realtors in Point Richmond are looking for a part time temporary assistant to the Property manager.
Bookkeeping knowledge very helpful.
Must know Microsoft, word, excel, AppFolio, Yardi QuickBooks.
25-35hr a week.
flexible schedule, nice environment.
Must be familiar with Real estate, rent control and rental laws.
Bilingual helpful.
