We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant and CPA who loves both the problem solving and storytelling magic of numbers to join our growing team.
You have a very strong accounting background and love to build and design processes using best practices and your innovative mindset.
You will report to the Head of Finance and be critical to the current and future success of Aircapture as we continue to lay the strong foundation for our rapid growth.

Salary $130,000-140,000 per year
What You'll Do Here
Be responsible for all accounting functions including financial reporting, annual budgeting and periodic budget vs actuals exercises
Support and train a staff accountant by nurturing their development and growth
Help develop the accounting and finance strategy for this manufacturing oriented business with an increasingly international reach
Design an accounting and reporting infrastructure that will protect and empower the organization to get business done efficiently while protecting its financial resources
Lead the configuration, implementation and integration of Netsuite, designing the system to streamline and automate business processes as much as possible
Partner closely with technical project managers and inventory experts to ensure technical and finance teams work magically together
Be on a career trajectory that could grow into a Controller or Treasurer role

Your Skills and Abilities Include
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience) and CPA certification
Proficient in Netsuite including the inventory module.
Experience with implementation and integration preferred–you love creating a well thought out automated experience
Superstar accounting skills and knowledge, including at least 5 years with inventory and/or manufacturing accounting
Background establishing a strong hierarchy of payment sign offs, security and supervision in accounts
Awesome communicator, adept at creating buy-in amongst various stakeholders as you collaborate to make the organization stronger and more efficient
Experience with Bank of America's CashPro a plus
Experience with US Federal grant accounting a plus
Familiarity and experience with Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS), including conducting or preparing for a government compliance audit is highly desirable
