The Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant's day-to-day tasks encompass bookkeeping activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, analyzing financial records, creating financial reports, helping with budget preparation, and processing invoices.
In addition, he/she will assist with other accounting duties as needed including tax filing and preparation of financial statements.
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field * 3-4 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting * Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills * Experience with bookkeeping software, such as QuickBooks * Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and meet deadlines Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.
