FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Key Accountabilities:
Own office support activities such as hosting customers, supply ordering, answering telephones, mail delivery and cleanliness of common areas.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve UPM’s operational abilities.
Track and report on performance against contract obligations, internal audit results and other defined business indicators.
Support HR by serving as an employee liaison; keeping bulletin boards updated, filing of employee training documents and assisting with other company initiatives.
Business calendar management for operations leadership and customer visits.
Provides clerical support to various management and operational functions, including, but not limited to, data entry, photocopying, filing, faxing and emailing.
Provide strong customer service and vendor management
Process customer invoices, credit cards and shipping documents as well as follow-up on collections
Record management and general support of the sales, production and corporate staff
Special projects as assigned
Other duties as assigned.
Beneficial Skills and Experience:
Associates degree or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant
Organizational skills
Bookkeeping experience
Excellent oral and written communications
Strong attention to detail and result oriented
Persistent problem solver
Proficient on Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet
Motivated self-starter
