*motivated Manifestor with acquired logistics and transpoertation skills who is accomplished in supply and demand planning, and inventory control.
excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of Metrc, Quickbooks, and bookkeeping preferred.
* *Manage packaging staff* Create calendar events/ schedules and assign daily tasks to crew.
Determine at the outset of every project staff required to meet order deadlines and make quotas.
Alert management on the day the order is received.
Inform owners of any short fall in required staffing a minimum 1 week in advance of our deadlines.
*Execute and teach skills such as but not limited to:* * Efficient computer skills * strong communication skills * results-oriented * general and heavy labor capable * inventory tracking * warehouse and fulfillment * keep premises clean and organized at all times * Maintain/reconcile/organize inventory once a week, on Thursday, and update management * Keep inventory organized and labeled.
All containers are labeled at all times.
* Maintain a minimum of 1 pound in prepacked inventory for every flower SKU.
* Maintain a minimum of 400 items in prepacked inventory for every preroll SKU * On inventory day, post on the work order chat any needed increase in inventory.
* Maintain pliability, and 10% moisture in the product in all flower types in the packaging room in sufficient quantities to take on surprise orders at all times.
At 5 each takes brittle product and place it in the packaging room - monday thru Friday (or on sunday).
* Maintain pliability by ensuring the packaging room has a humidity of 63% and temp of 63 degrees (keep the humidifier clean at all times.
* Review/post all incoming orders in the whatsapp WORK ORDERS chat * Create all invoices and manifests and send them to buyers for confirmation before packaging the order.
* Recognize/create profiles for each company describing their particular likes and dislikes.
File folders for each store are on the wall.
Update office profile as needed in the office.
* Maintain a per-package cost for all packaging jobs guaranteeing that our per package price is below $0.

This represents 80 packages an hour (at $20/hour) * Be available to make Metrc and invoices 6 days a week.
* Pack orders the day before they are scheduled for delivery * Prioritize recurring orders and close to home orders - reference the store profiles.
* Keep all entrances and exits closed and locked at all times * Maintain at the beginning and end of each day dehumidifiers empty of water every day and maintain storage room climate conditions at 55 degrees and 55% humidity during peak outdoor climate fluctuations * Maintain manifests organized in file cabinets.
* Confer with owners on decisions regarding staff, packaging, schedules, giveaways or days off before implementation.
* Reporting: report progress on orders daily and confirm packaged orders are ready to leave by 1000 the following day, *Check environment and systems* in all post harvest rooms 3 times daily during peak outdoor climate fluctuations.
One 30-minute check at 8 am will be necessary during humid months.
8 am, 1 pm, 5pm.
