Seasonal Tax Preparer

```Duties:``` - Prepare and complete accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses - Review financial records, such as income statements and balance sheets, to determine tax liability - Analyze and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance - Utilize accounting software, such as Sage, to input and organize financial data - Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for tax preparation - Calculate deductions, credits, and exemptions to minimize tax liability - Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations ```Qualifications:``` - Previous experience in public accounting or corporate accounting is a plus - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail - Proficient in 10-key typing and data entry - Familiarity with accounting software, such as Lacerte, is preferred - Knowledge of tax laws and regulations This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
