Brewery Bookkeeper

Old Caz Beer is a craft brewery and taproom located in Rohnert Park.
We are seeking a bookkeeper to join our team.

Responsibilities: - Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions - Maintain and update general ledger accounts - Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes - Conduct account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies - Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information - Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts - Provide support for audits and tax filings - Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in bookkeeping Experience: - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role -Experience in brewing industry a plus - Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and general ledger accounting principles - Proficiency in account reconciliation techniques - Familiarity with technical accounting procedures and standards - Experience with Quickbooks is desired -Experience with Square is a plus - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.
