Looking for a brokerage associate in my firm on Piedmont Ave.
Series 7/63 required along with experience in the financial world specific to brokerage houses, facilitating the movement of assets, general customer service for advisor(s) and knowledge of industry jargon, laws around movement of assets, etc.
I need you to be able to place trades should that arise.
This is a two person office, me - and then you.
I have partners and another assistant offsite, so this will not be a hectic or busy environment.
PT 1099 position, salary is generous, but based on your experience.
Initially I'd like the 2-3 hours a day to be at the Piedmont Ave office from about 12p-2p give or take, flexibility once initial test period proves successful.
You would essentially be handling all new account set ups, getting out docu sign apps, contacting clients via email for necessary reviews, and managing the movement of assets into my practice with new or existing clients.
Please don't apply without industry experience, it's non negotiable.
