Our work environment includes: * Flexible working hours * On-the-job training ```Duties:``` - Maintain the books for many small businesses simultaneously - Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements - Prepare and submit payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, taxes, and deductions - Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions - Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies ```Qualifications:``` - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online) and MS Office Suite - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
