Staff Tax Accountant

*Job Title: Full Time - Staff Tax Accountant I* *Rate: $24-$27 per hour * *Primary Duties: * * Preparation of tax returns * Preparation of Bookkeeping for tax compilation as focus.
* Other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by supervisor The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and that additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time, or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.
Further, the Staff Tax Accountant I, shall perform all duties in accordance with all of the Company’s policies and procedures and comply with all federal, state and local regulations governing accounting professionals.
*Accountabilities:* * Accounting work assigned by direct supervisor within the parameter of primary duties.
* Work or solve problems independently/Work well in team environment * Willingness to learn *Physical Requirements:* * Able to carry and transport documents (5 – 20 lb) *Knowledge, Skill, Education, Experience, Certification Requirements: * · Bachelor Degree in Accounting · Basic knowledge on taxation · Basic knowledge with computer/accounting software (ex: Quickbook /Microsoft office/Adobe) · Bilingual in Chinese is a plus, but not required.
