Accounting Clerk

Job Title: Accounting Clerk Duties: - Perform various accounting tasks, including but not limited to budgeting, financial services, and payroll management.
- Prepare and process journal entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct data entry for financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and collections.
- Utilize 10-key typing skills to efficiently input numerical data.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of debits and credits in order to reconcile accounts.
Experience: - Previous experience as an accounting clerk or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
