Accounting Associate

*Job Description * We currently have a full-time opening for an Accounting Associate in our San Francisco headquarters office.
Responsibilities: · Accounts payable · Vendor communication and account reconciliations · Accounts receivable · Filing *Required:* · 2+ years’ experience in high volume accounting department · Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook · Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills · High level of initiative and the ability to work without supervision · Ability to travel locally to company locations · College degree or equivalent experience · Job requires ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time; use of typical office equipment; lift up to 20 lbs.
*Desired:* · Experience with QuickBooks · Coursework in Accounting *Compensation & Other: * · $23-$27 hourly wage, commensurate with experience · Benefits including health and dental insurance, paid time-off, 401K program, etc.
