Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Bookkeeper to join our team.
In this role, you will maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company’s compliance with all legal requirements for a multi-unit restaurant.
Your responsibilities will include recording and verifying transactions, bringing the books to the trial balance stage.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting.
The position will be fully remote with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
*Enter financial data and transactions *Track vendor invoices and ensure proper reconciliation to specific restaurant locations *Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered *Prepare trial balance
Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field *Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position *Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) *Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems *Strong mathematical and analytical skills *Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week.
Compensation is $25.
00 - $30.
00/hour.
