My abilities encompass a wide range of tasks and I wear many hats.

**I have organized professional spaces/offices both in and out of the home; organized files and supplies and upgraded the furniture and decor.
I have also designed and created office spaces within the home.
**I have done a variety of design jobs.

doing everything from painting almost every room in the home, donated or sold all of the existing furniture, art and accessories and totally upgraded/updated everything to smaller jobs; painted the bathrooms, including cabinets, and replaced faucets, shower heads/drains, shower doors, towel bars, light fixtures, all hardware and added new rugs, plants, towels, etc.
**Gone through garages, sheds, storage spaces and attics with 20 years worth of "collecting" and paperwork, some with boxes literally up to the ceiling and no room to walk.

and turned them into tidy, functional, accessible spaces.
**Managed many moves; helped lighten the load before the move by purging unneeded, broken, outdated/old items.

packed everything up, helped with the hiring/supervising of movers and cleaners.

did some home staging, including minor touch-ups/repairs and hiring painters and repair people, unpacked and completely set up and organized all rooms, closets, cabinets, etc.
in the new home.

**I have designed outdoor spaces including yards/gardens, patios, outbuildings and decks.

picking out and arranging furniture, lighting, plants and all kinds of containers, fencing, etc.
**Helped organize small parties/events and even cooked for a couple of them.
**Did project management for remodels - met with and managed various workers and vendors, supervised workers and vendors to ensure quality and on-schedule tasks and installments, ordered products and ongoing problem-solving of all kinds.
**Photographed and written ads for vehicles, furnishings, collectibles and often met with prospective buyers/shipped items/met for test-drives,etc.
**Emptied kitchen cabinets, pantries, drawers and fridge, threw out expired, stale, old, broken items.
Then thoroughly cleaned out all those spaces and the rest of the kitchen and put remaining items away in a rearranged/reorganized manner and restocked and purchased new items.
I am quite interested in helping locals with their airbnb/vacation rentals.
Both from the management aspect as well as the creation and design of an incredible, unique, organic, green space.
Houses, apartments, houseboats, sailboats, etc.
One of my all-time favourite projects was working with a client who rented a [500 sq.
ft.
] studio and had nothing but a bed, clothes, a mountain bike, a guitar and two paintings of his grandfather's.
I did a bit of painting, separated the sleeping area from the living space without cutting off the only light in the room, created a beautiful and fully functional combination dining area/extension of kitchen prep and storage area, created a small office area, organized only existing closets to accommodate both clothing and storage needs.

designed and FULLY furnished/stocked entire space, including: furniture, plants, art, rugs, lamps, silver ware, cooking utensils, towels, bedding, dishes, cookware, appliances, etc.
Everything you can imagine needed for a home.
I stocked kitchen with organic condiments and spices, bought earth-friendly cleaning products and laundry soap, stocked bathroom with soaps, shampoos, and other personal items, put a lovely door mat, Buddha and plants outside, at the entrance and even
bought a small Christmas tree and decorated it.
Whatever you need, within reason, I can help! I have a very intuitive approach to my work and love to dig right in.
