About the job

That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe.
As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres.
It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As part of our efforts to build a Google for everyone, we build diversity, equity, and inclusion into our work and we aim to cultivate a sense of belonging throughout the company.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a number of metrics end-to-end, managing data collection across the company, designing and incorporating new processes, and performing controls.
You will also support the development of new accounting methodologies or revise existing ones.
You'll work in partnership with a number of internal teams to perform annual accounting, with data owners across the organization, and the Sustainability Data Infrastructure team to support the tooling development and automation strategy.
You'll ensure automated accounting is performed according to Google’s environmental accounting policies, Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol, other external reporting standards, ESG Controllership, Finance Transformation, and business data owners to implement end-to-end Governance, Process, and Controls.
The Global Sustainability team enables Google to build a more sustainable future for everyone by driving strategy and solutions.
We drive the development and implementation of Google’s global sustainability strategy to further empower action, ensure alignment and prioritization, identify leadership opportunities, and mitigate risks.
