Our corporate finance team is looking for a talented Treasury Analyst to help support the efforts of our fast-growing company.

Overview
This position will work in our corporate finance team and will report to the Treasury Manager.
In this role, you will oversee core treasury functions, manage financial risks, and provide insightful analysis to support our continued growth plans.
The ideal candidate will be based near our office in Oakland, CA.
Core Responsibilities
Manage bank relationships, including cash flow and letters of credit, monitoring and forecasting, and preparation of disbursement schedules.
Analyze and monitor financial instruments, including letters of credit, bonds, derivatives and manage associated risks.
Assist in the creation of financial presentations and analysis for board meetings, effectively communicating key metrics, trends, and recommendations related to the company's financial health and treasury activities.
Participate in the budgeting process and monitor adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Assist in implementing treasury strategies in alignment with the company's overall financial goals, considering factors like funding, liquidity, and risk management.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Treasury Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a treasury analyst role or a similar financial function.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and risk management.
Experience in the renewable energy industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial modeling software.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter, with the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Strong attention to detail with an ability to consistently self-check for accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and prioritize several concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to constructively identify and articulate when there are priority conflicts.
